FFA & 4-H SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Carolyn Faulk is a lifetime Vice President of one of the largest Rodeos in the Nation. Many of our board members are also volunteer’s and lifetime members of Rodeos and we understand the impacts the Rodeo shut downs have had. We want to help! The Faulk Foundation has created a scholarship program for Texas FFA and/or 4-H students who were going to showcase their hard work. Students are encouraged to fill out the application below to apply for their chance to earn one of ten $1000 scholarships that will be awarded.
