Faulk Foundation Scholarship Application 2027

The Faulk Foundation is dedicated to empowering students to pursue academic dreams regardless of financial barriers. The Faulk Foundation scholarships are funded up to $10,000.00. The funding is provided to the higher institute of learning of the recipient’s choice. The recipient is required to maintain a 3.0 grade point average each grading period. The recipient is required to provide a certified copy of their transcript each semester. The recipient is required to have at least 5 documented volunteer hours each grading period. The recipient is required to maintain contact with the donor of the funds for their scholarship. Failure to fulfill any of the above listed requirements will result in forfeiture of the scholarship.
